The B.C. Road Builders & Heavy Construction Association is a non-profit organization representing a collection of competitive firms engaged daily in all aspects of road building, rehabilitation, heavy construction, highway maintenance and the supply of related goods and services.

The B.C. Road Builders Association has a mandate to communicate with the public and with governments about critical transportation issues and about the negative impact of highway inefficiencies on the B.C. economy.

The Association argues that capital investment in public infrastructure should be applied in a consistent and sustainable manner. This capital investment must be sufficient to replace our current public infrastructure and to meet the new demands placed upon it by a growing economy.
